_{CD1 Mouse Primary Hepatocytes are derived from the liver of pathogen-free laboratory adult CD1 mice. Cells are freshly isolated and shipped at passage 0. Each vial contains 3 x10}⁶ _{cells. Cells in suspension culture can be used for designed experiments under the cell culture conditions specified by Cell Biologics. Cells can be used in standard biochemical procedures including FACS,  PCR, Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, ROS, or cell derivatives for desired research applications. Cells are negative for bacteria, yeast, fungi, and mycoplasma.  These cells cannot be passaged. Mouse Primary Hepatocytes are tested for expression of markers using antibodies, ZO-1 by Immunofluorescence Staining.}
